Juventus star Federico Chiesa is reportedly on the radar of Manchester United, Chelsea, and West Ham, according to agent Stefano Caira, Soccernet.football reports.
Despite being a crucial player for Juventus when fit, the 26-year-old attacker has been linked with a potential exit.
Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani, is believed to be working on securing a move for the player.
Caira, a former director at AS Roma, provided an update, suggesting that Chiesa does not feature prominently in the plans of Juventus’ new coach, Thiago Motta.
“He is an outgoing player,” Caira told SportWitness.
“The technical plans have changed and evidently the new coach does not see him among the primary players. That said, if he continues to ask for a salary higher than €6m…
“I know that West Ham, Manchester United and Chelsea were following him. I guarantee you that West Ham would not even give him €6m. Chelsea cannot do crazy things and United would go for other profiles. Napoli? Maybe it could be the signing of August 30th.”
As per Caira, West Ham are unlikely to meet Chiesa’s salary demands, while Manchester United might pursue other targets if the player insists on a high wage.
Chelsea, he added, are not in a position to offer exorbitant salaries. However, Napoli might consider a last-minute move for Chiesa as the transfer window nears its end.
Chiesa has demonstrated his talent with clubs like Fiorentina and Juventus, as well as the Italian national team. Additionally, reports have suggested that Arsenal and Liverpool might also be interested in the winger.
