According to the Sun, PSG’s number-one target this summer is Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
While Kvaratskhelia and Napoli are enduring a difficult campaign in which they failed to defend their Scudetto, many will not forget so easily the Georgian playmaker’s role last season.
Together with Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen, who is also reportedly on the radar of PSG, Kvaratskhelia powered Napoli to the club’s first Serie A title for the first time in 33 years.
The 23-year-old forward has been on the radar of Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United, but PSG’s interest changes the transfer dynamic.
PSG boss Luis Enrique is a big fan of Kvaratskhelia, who he sees as the perfect candidate to fill in for Mbappe down the left wing.
Per the reports, discussions have already taken place, with PSG chiefs having already travelled to Italy to meet the Georgia international’s representatives.
Kvaratskhelia, valued at €80 million by Tranafermarkt, has ten goals and six assists in 31 Serie A games this term.
