Dan Ndoye’s agent Fahd Adamson has revealed that Manchester United are interested in signing the Switzerland star this summer, Soccernet.football reports.
Ndoye, who showcased his talent on the international stage at Euro 2024, could become a crucial element in Erik ten Hag’s front line by providing extra depth out on the right flank in the 2024/2025 season.
Despite heading into the European Championships off the back of a fairly ordinary outing for Bologna last season, the 23-year-old was one of Switzerland’s brightest players in the tournament, greatly impressing throughout their run to the quarter-finals.
Manchester United have reportedly initiated discussions with Bologna to sign the winger and may be prepared to meet the £21 million asking price. Ndoye’s agent has confirmed United’s interest and is enthusiastic about transferring the player to the Premier League.
“It is good that United are interested in Dan,” Adamson said via Blick.
“It is somehow logical as well. United belong to INEOS, and Dan has already played for the other INEOS-owned clubs in Nice and Lausanne.
“He received countless messages from English clubs after the quarter-final against England. Let’s see what emerges from them.
“We must discuss Dan’s future with him and his family. We need to weigh things up well, to prevent him making the wrong career move.”
Ndoye could arrive at Old Trafford as part of their overhaul this summer, during which the Red Devils will be looking to create a fresh, talented squad.
United are actively seeking a right-sided forward due to Antony’s recent underwhelming performances and are also looking to bolster their attacking options, in anticipation of Jadon Sancho’s departure this summer.
